MY STORY

I'm Aadilah Rinquest, a registered Social Worker who has provided Mental Health Services in both the public and private sector. I have worked extensively with individuals and families affected by mental illnesses and studied Employee Wellness, further developing her understanding of individuals in the workplace.  

I provide counselling, supportive and psycho-social services in one-on-one, group and community settings. I have also tutored and provided clinical supervision at various tertiary institutions. My qualifactions include:

 I have an understanding  life’s most complex and difficult matters, and would like to provide the care and support needed during these periods. I truly care about individuals (engaged in my services) well-being and seek to provide counselling which is safe, comfortable and confidential. Focussing on each individuals needs.
